Do you want to easily become attuned to the Universe to manifest your dreams? Do you want to create a positive, happy, fulfilled life for yourself?

A Gratitude Loop is a simple, positive way to use your gratitude energy you have positively created to manifest your dreams, miracles and manifestations.

Appreciating the little things in life is all about living in the present moment, enjoying each small detail and being grateful for all the good in your life.

A gratitude loop alters your mindset to think more positively. Things happen every day, good and/or bad and it ultimately depends on your mentality and perception of it, whether you want to view it as good or bad. Your mentality and thoughts shape your future.

By practicing a gratitude loop you are appreciating all the good things in your life. You will also move away from a negative, ‘why me’ mentality when things go wrong.

A gratitude loop will prompt you to think, ‘well it could have been worse…’ and make you realise how lucky you are. This will open you up to the path of gratitude, which the Universe rewards by sending you more and more amazing things to be grateful for.

Step 1

First, find somewhere quiet and relaxing, where you won’t be disturbed. Clear your mind and take three, deep breathes, from your belly. Allow yourself to visualise any tension leaving your body, breathing in and out, until you feel completely relaxed.

Focus on visualising all the things you have in your life to be thankful for, for example, it can be something as small as getting a takeaway coffee from your favourite coffee shop, or cuddling your dog or loving your family or enjoying your career.

Once you have thought about 5-10 things that you are grateful for, focus on the positive emotions that these visualisations bring up for you.

Try to list everything you have to be grateful for. You can write it down, if you want to keep a record, in a gratitude journal.

Keep focusing on the positive, happy, peaceful thoughts as you write, for example, “Thank you Universe, for amazing cuddles with my two furry babies this morning, I am so lucky to have them.”

Step 2

Once you have written down everything in your life you are currently grateful for, move on to the next step and begin to visualise what you want to manifest as if you had already manifested it and you are grateful for it now.

Try to be as specific as possible with your details in your visualisation and keep your thoughts positive, blissful and peaceful.

Now write down your desired manifestations, in your gratitude journal, as if it has already happened, for example, “Thank you Universe for me living my dream life, on the coast of Italy, with my amazing family and each day being better than the last.”

Write as many manifestations as you like, keeping your mind positive and release it to the Universe, knowing it will arrive in divine right timing.

By practicing gratitude and utilizing a gratitude loop, you will be communicating with the Universe how blessed, abundant and full your life is. The Universe will respond by sending you more blessings, abundance and positivity. You will also develop a much more positive, content and peaceful mindset, which improves both your mental and physical health too! Have fun manifesting all your dreams.
