Feeling stressed or overwhelmed by negative thoughts?

Follow our two minute thought cleanse to reset your thought patterns.

Step 1
  • Take a deep breath, centre and ground yourself and visualise in your mind a sphere rotating in front of your body. Check in with both your body and mind, moving the sphere around you. Usually our bodies hold the physical stress our mind is feeling.
Step 2
  • What colour is the sphere? If the sphere is clear or coloured your mind and body are feeling calm and at peace. If the sphere is black we need to cleanse our body and mind.

Step 3
  • Again visualise the sphere rotating in front of you. Think about any negative thoughts or emotions you are feeling, physically removing themselves from your body in the form of black smoke into the sphere. Watch as all the toxins and negativity leave your body. Once you are happy all the negative thoughts, toxicity or negativity has left your body, move on to step four. If you lose focus, simply return your mind to visualising the sphere.
Step 4
  • Next take a deep breath and visualise the black sphere rotating at full speed as it cleanses and clears, deletes and removes this negativity. The sphere should become clear as the negative energy is removed.
Step 5
  • Finally take a deep breath and say or think, “I am in control of my emotions. I am feeling positive, happy, healthy and at peace.” Visualise a white or golden light filling your entire body with bliss, peace and positivity. You can practice this daily to check in with how you are feeling in both your body and mind and to feel much more positive each day.
